At Silver Creek Storage, we value your business and thank you for choosing our storage services, whether in person, over the phone, or online through our website.
1. Rentals and Refunds
All rental payments are considered final. Refunds are not available for used or unused portions of a rental period, including prepaid rent.
- The minimum lease term is one month, and customers may rent and pay on a month-to-month basis.
- Rent is not prorated upon move-in or move-out, and partial refunds are not provided.
We are not responsible for accidental or mistaken purchases.
2. Charge Errors
If your account is incorrectly charged, please notify us immediately. Upon verification of the error, we will process a refund. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to complete.
3. Merchandise Refunds
Returns of merchandise or items purchased from Silver Creek Storage are handled at the discretion of management.
4. Right of Cancellation
You may cancel your rental at any time according to the terms outlined in your lease agreement.
- Failure to move out or notify management of cancellation prior to your renewal date may result in non-refundable charges.
